We are happy to offer FREE UPS SurePost Shipping (approx. 5-8 business days) on all US orders over $100 (including discounts/ coupons), UPS SurePost Shipping (approx. 5-8 business days) at $5.95 for orders under $100, and flat rate international shipping for $10 USD.
Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?
Check your spam box. You should receive one from us confirming your order and then another one when your order ships with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, we are here to help at firstname.lastname@example.org. Updates are also available on your Account if you made one at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic Orders: We will process and ship your order within 48 hours upon receiving it (excluding weekends, holidays, and in the event that we are holding a special promotion and receive an influx of orders). Within the United States we offer FREE UPS SurePost Shipping (approx. 5-8 business days) on orders over $100 and UPS SurePost Shipping (approx. 5-8 business days) at $5.95 for orders under $100. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.
International Orders: If you are outside of the US, it will be sent USPS First Class International and will take approximately 2-6 weeks (sometimes sooner and occasionally it will take longer). If you need it by a certain date, we do offer Priority 6-11 day USPS International shipping but we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! We will ship anywhere that offers insurance on your order, but please be advised that you are responsible for your country’s customs fees and delays.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept a return of your purchase on unused, unwashed items in the original packaging with tags and within 30 days of your arrival date for US and international customers. Any shipping charges will not be returned. Email email@example.com or log in to your Account and we will help right away!
Past the 30 day window? No sweat! We understand that life can get busy and are happy to consider on a case-by-case basis when all other requirements have been met.
If your Original or Petite wrap isn’t the right fit, as long as your wrap meets our return policy requirements, you are eligible for a one-time size exchange (US only). You can email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
What is a Preorder?
A preorder is an order placed for an item that is not available on our website but currently in production. By placing a preorder, a wrap is purchased and held for you and it will ship out before the product is back in-stock on our website. The ship date listed under the product description will inform you of its release date and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once it ships.
Can I cancel a Preorder?
Yes, you can cancel your Preorder before the order is fulfilled and shipped out. You can email us at email@example.com for assistance.
What happens if I order an In-Stock item and a Preorder item together?
If you order one or more items with your preordered item, all products in the same order number will automatically ship together. If you are located in the U.S. and need the order to be split so you receive the in-stock product(s) sooner, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If I place a Preorder, will my credit card / method of payment process immediately?
Yes, you are paying for your item to be held and shipped before it’s listed as back in-stock on our website.
